1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of banksignals.com, Octave products, Octavia services, public broadcasts, device alerts, connected chat features, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for your account credentials, registered devices, activity under your account, and the accuracy of information you provide. Access is personal unless a written organizational plan says otherwise.
3. Market information and trading risk
Markets are volatile, data may be delayed or unavailable, and alerts may change or become invalid. Nothing in the Services is personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, an offer to buy or sell an instrument, or a promise of profit. You alone decide whether, when, and how to trade. You are responsible for position sizing, risk controls, broker selection, execution, fees, taxes, and losses. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
4. Alerts, live broadcasts, and Octavia
Device alerts and live commentary are informational. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by internet connectivity, platform limits, market closures, provider outages, or device settings. Octavia responses may summarize current system data and public chat questions but can be incomplete or mistaken. Always verify current prices, orders, and risk directly with your broker or primary data source.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew at the interval shown at checkout until canceled, unless stated otherwise. Prices, included markets, device limits, and features are shown before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless law or the offer states otherwise. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable offer.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services, bypass access or device limits, scrape or reverse engineer protected systems, interfere with broadcasts or infrastructure, redistribute member-only information, impersonate another person, post unlawful or abusive content, spam or promote unrelated products in chat, or use the Services to violate law or third-party rights. We may moderate content and suspend or terminate access for violations or security risk.
7. Intellectual property
BankSignals, Octave, Octavia, DeepScope, B.N.K Flow, designs, software, models, chart presentations, content, and related marks are owned by or licensed to BankSignals and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose; no ownership transfers to you.
8. Third-party services
The Services may rely on or link to YouTube, Google, payment processors, browsers, notification providers, brokers, exchanges, data vendors, and other third parties. Their terms and policies govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, execution, security, or changes.
9. Availability, changes, and termination
We may maintain, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, reliability, compliance, or performance. We may terminate or restrict access for breach, nonpayment, abuse, legal requirements, or threats to the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BankSignals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or missed opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
